For any faulty product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with a proof of purchase (typically the purchase email) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

In the UK this product is shipped using the  "2nd Class. Signed-for" service from the Royal Mail.

The record is shipped inside a quality protective cardboard record mailer (specifically designed for posting 12 inch records).

If only ordering records (not bundled with other products) up to 3 records can be shipped in the same mailer and included in the shipping price.
